The 3rd Elagin Bridge leads us across the Bolshaya Nevka to Elagin Island and is the main entrance to the Central Park of Culture and Leisure named after.

Historical information
In 1821, a pontoon bridge was built here.
In 1852, the bridge was replaced with a 9-span wooden one. Since 1961, the bridge has been restored and rebuilt several times, and in 1951, according to the design of engineer V.V. Demchenko, it was replaced by a permanent 8-span light bridge.
Major repairs of the bridge and its mechanisms were carried out in 1976 and 1982.
In 2008, the 3rd Elagin Bridge was completely dismantled and in 2009 a metal fixed 3-span bridge was erected in its place.
