Bolshoybar's format changes throughout the day.
From nine in the morning until early evening, here you can drink espresso, eat a croissant or apple roll and study the morning press, and in the evening sit at the bar with a glass of wine. In the alcohol menu, the team collected proven drinks without regard to popular trends - Glenlivet, Lagavulin and 1776 Straight Rye whiskey, Belgian beer and classic cocktails.
The bar also plans to organize themed tastings, cuppings and original lectures on alcohol. Here you can attend themed tastings, cuppings and even original lectures on the benefits of alcohol.
Coffee is served with fresh pastries, and a cocktail or wine can be paired with an appropriate appetizer such as bruschetta.
The bar, despite its name, is quite miniature: there are about 15 seats, and the very geometry of the establishment encourages, according to the European bar tradition, to spend the evening on your feet.
The interior of the establishment, which was designed by Dmitry Davydov himself (DavydovDesign studio), turned out to be minimalistic: in some places the exposed brickwork of the apartment building, external wiring, eco-phones and oak panels combined with designer lamps made of raw metal. The lighting system changes during the day and evening.
