My briefcase with documents stood on the summer veranda. I was there on the evening of May 26 and moved to the opposite side. I look at the briefcase myself. I see the security guard of this strange cafe with an even stranger name, ABAY cafe, approaching, taking my briefcase and leaving for the building of this strange cafe. I believed that the guard had no intention of stealing it, but simply keeping it. But when I approached, he began to loosen his hands. His intentions were stopped by an honest salesman from the bottom of this strange cafe BUBAI grocery store. On May 31, 2017, I again applied for an amicable resolution of the issue of returning my portfolio. But the same security guard or waiter, since he did not want to introduce himself, began to beat me. I had to call the police, but they never came. It seems that here in this seedy place there is openly and without hiding a corrupt scheme working with the local police department.
