Konstantinovsky Palace in Strelna The Konstantinovsky Palace is a revived monument of history and architecture of the 17th century, the former residence of the Grand Dukes of the Romanovs, the architectural dominant of the State Complex “Palace of Congresses”. Today, the Konstantinovsky Palace is the business and cultural center of St. Petersburg.
It was here that the Russia-EU Summit, the meeting of the heads of state and government of the Group of Eight, as well as an unprecedented event - the summit of the leaders of the Group of Twenty took place. For holding conferences, the Palace of Congresses has a large number of different halls; all its facilities have the latest equipment installed and advanced technologies have been introduced.
