The first salon was opened at 63 Ligovsky Prospekt back in 1995 on the site of a Soviet hairdressing salon, which underwent high-quality renovations. "MAY" on Ligovsky Prospekt became the first beauty salon in the city that meets European standards of comfort and service. Exquisite interiors, focus on high quality services and the use of the latest technologies have provided the salons with customer trust and successful business development. MAY salons were the first company in the beauty industry to organize their own training and advanced training for their craftsmen in the early 90s.
Especially for these purposes, the MAY Training Center was opened, which immediately became a “HR forge” not only for the MAY salons, but also for the entire beauty industry of St. Petersburg and other cities. The success of the salon on Ligovsky Prospekt prompted the next logical step - the development of a network of salons.
Gradually, MAY salons were opened on Suvorovsky, Zanevsky, Moskovsky prospects, on Vosstaniya and Torzhkovskaya streets. 2007 was marked by reaching a new level - the premium salon MAY HairSPA was opened, which simultaneously has the capabilities of a beauty salon and an elite SPA center.
In 2010, MAY HairSPA was recognized as the “Best LUXE Beauty Salon” as part of the First International Award in the field of beauty and health “Grace”. In 2010, 2 MAY salons opened their doors at once: in February - a salon at st.
