It takes its name from the ancient Finnish name of the resort village “Sarkisalo”, now the village of Krotovo, Priozersky district, Leningrad region.

The complex includes seven cottages of varying capacity and a complex of 12 rooms with separate entrances, balconies and beautiful views of the outdoor pool and Lake Vuoksa. The total capacity of the recreation center is up to 56 people (with additional places - 65). In summer, guests have at their disposal an outdoor swimming pool, a sandy beach with a pier and a floating beach on Lake Vuoksa, picnic pavilions, sports grounds, rental of boats and other sports and fishing equipment.
In winter we offer cross-country skiing and ice fishing.
The bathhouse is open.
For organizing corporate events there are: a banquet hall (accommodating up to 50 people) and a tent (accommodating up to 60 people). All cottages are equipped according to modern requirements, have bathrooms with showers, cold and hot water supply and heating. All rooms are equipped with modern furniture, TVs, refrigerators and kettles. The interiors of the rooms are decorated comfortably and functionally.
