We are extremely annoyed by the organization of a children's birthday party at the bowling alley in the Petersburg shopping center (near the Moskovskaya metro station). The plan for the event was discussed in advance (the administrator described something wonderful and exciting in words), payment was made - a decent amount at that. In fact, we got a nightmare - one track constantly froze throughout the two hours of play - every 15/20 minutes, the staff did not react to this fact on their own, we had to constantly draw their attention to this fact. Once again, when we pointed out the breakdown to the young man and asked him to somehow resolve the issue (fortunately there were free tracks nearby), we heard in response: “Sorry, play like this for now, we’ll try to fix it later.” And everything continued in the same mode. Apparently, then - this is when we leave, paying them money as for normal work. Then, according to the holiday plan, there was a table and after the meal there was an animator for an hour who was supposed to arrange a quest. There are no complaints about the food. But then, without explaining any reasons, we were simply informed that there would be no animator. The money was returned. But it is impossible to express in words how the children’s holiday was ruined by this! Moreover, the faces of the employees of the establishment did not show even a grain of sincere regret and understanding that their mistakes with the organization are the price of children’s mood and children’s trust in adults! Naturally, the question arose - what to do with the extra hour, since the parents of the children were guided by a certain time to pick them up. An attempt to contact the administrator of this establishment by phone (the same one who promised heaven for the holiday) was unsuccessful; none of those present were able to answer the question, preferring to quickly leave the hall. As a result, we decided to take out the cake and tea in advance, which we cut/poured ourselves, since the impudent waitress only knows how to open her mouth and be insolent, forgetting to fulfill her immediate professional duties. I don’t recommend anyone to entrust the organization of their holiday to these people and this establishment, fortunately there are very, very many worthy and competitive companies in St. Petersburg! I think Rospotrebnadzor will be interested in the inadequate quality of the promised services.
