Restaurant ChaCha
On the Griboyedov Canal, a few steps from Nevsky Prospekt, the ChaCha restaurant has opened with authentic Georgian cuisine.

“ChaCha” is a new project from the creators of the Georgian restaurants “Rustaveli”, well known to St. Petersburg residents.
The location of the new restaurant is impressive: the most picturesque section of the Griboyedov Canal between the Kazan Cathedral and the Savior on Spilled Blood, all the main attractions are within walking distance, the canal, boats and the Singer House are visible from the windows. Three consecutive halls with brick vaults are decorated unusually cozy: bright plush armchairs, many different-sized lampshades with fringe under the ceiling, paintings by Georgian artists on the walls. The kitchen is open, so you can watch the chefs at work while waiting for your order. In the summer, next to the restaurant, right on the canal embankment, a hundred-meter open terrace will appear. The ChaChi menu is huge and includes almost all your favorite Georgian dishes.
A separate chef is responsible for each direction: one specializes in shish kebab and other charcoal dishes, the other specializes in khinkali, which he prepares with different fillings (pork and beef, lamb, potatoes, suluguni, mushrooms). Everything, from bread and pastries to pickles and seasonings, is prepared right here in the restaurant; many ingredients and products are imported from Georgia, thanks to which all Georgian dishes in “ChaCha” have an authentic, correct taste. There are, however, several European items: for example, five types of pizza or homemade tiramisu and cheesecake. In the mornings at “ChaChe” you can have a full breakfast: a separate breakfast menu includes omelets, sandwiches, natural dairy products, semolina, rice and oatmeal porridge, khachapuri and an incredibly tasty homemade jam made from quince, figs or walnuts to choose from.
There are no business lunches at ChaCha, but at lunchtime there is a 25% discount on the entire menu. However, the prices here are already quite affordable. In the list of drinks, the main place is occupied, of course, by chacha: five types from different regions and from different manufacturers (there is also homemade). The selection of Georgian wines at low prices is also pleasing; A cocktail menu will be available soon. Among non-alcoholic drinks, homemade lemonades are especially worth highlighting: tarragon, sea buckthorn, mango, strawberry, etc., with a spectacular original presentation.

Veal kebab at a price of 580 (grams are indicated), they took 800. I didn’t ask for half a kilo of kebab.
