The Dolce Amaro restaurant, which has been delighting its guests for more than 9 years, introduced a new format of a family restaurant with home cooking in December. At Dolce Amaro, traditional dishes from fresh farm products of the highest quality are prepared according to ancient recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation, taking on a new meaning and modern presentation. Thus, the Olivier salad with smoked chicken is included in the menu with a vinaigrette with mushrooms and herring; chicken liver pate - with pancakes with red caviar; borscht with lard - with Italian quinoa soup; salmon fillet baked in sesame sauce with lamb tagine, and a beef burger with potato dumplings and pappardelli with porcini mushrooms.
