The three-story transformable hall allows you to choose a convenient seating arrangement, and thanks to the round shape of the hall, all guests will have an equally good view of what is happening on stage.

The banquet menu is made up of an extended a la carte menu. Most dishes are cooked over an open fire - in tanker ovens, in a smokehouse and on a grill; meat dishes are also prepared in a "Josper" - a closed grill oven. For cooking in a tandoor or smokehouse, trout, carp and sturgeon are caught from our own pool. Every day, fresh Uzbek pilaf is prepared in a small cauldron, the second cauldron is used for large banquets - pilaf is prepared in it for a hundred guests. At the request of the guests, an assortment of kebabs is served in a saj, thanks to which the dish remains hot for a very long time, you can always take a break for dancing or congratulations, and then return to the hot one. For wedding banquets, the restaurant changes the decorations: pearl curtains, chandeliers, a golden table and thrones for the newlyweds - the hall acquires a bright solemnity appropriate to the holiday. And if you want to surprise guests before tea, the cake can be served on a multi-tier structure 2 meters high - a truly unforgettable presentation.
