To get to the Sky Bar, we take the elevator to the eighteenth floor - and we are there.

The view from the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows is stunning: the whole of St. Petersburg, with its rivers and canals, with the domes of St. Isaac's and Trinity-Izmailovsky Cathedrals, with narrow historical streets and pompous avenues, with courtyards and roofs, suddenly appears at a glance. The bar's interior is stylish, but rather laconic, because the main decoration here is the amazing city panorama outside the window. Having settled down at a table in a cozy sofa area, we open the menu.

It contains interesting dishes from all over the world, which have received a new interpretation due to the chef’s original interpretation. You can start the evening with unconditional hits: light quinoa salad with tomato-orange dressing, warm Asian salad with chicken, chili, lime, peanuts and mint, Moroccan lamb with saffron couscous, spring roll with crab, roast beef “Tataki”, pasta with basil... For those who like heartier dishes - beef steak with salsa verde and home-style potatoes, an impressive Azimut hamburger or a triple club sandwich. For dessert - panna cotta, tiramisu with amaretto or chocolate pecan pie. The drinks list is not inferior either. It features a dozen varieties of exclusive lemonades (including, for example, burdock and dandelion lemonade, wild English elderberry or rose oil), craft beer and three dozen masterfully prepared classic cocktails. Separately, it is worth mentioning the tea list, the range of which will give a head start to any teahouse: herbal and flower teas, white and red tea, an excellent selection of oolong and pu-erh, unusual fruit teas and even alcoholic tea cocktails. For hookah lovers, Sky Bar has recently introduced steam cocktails.
