Throughout the vast territory of the park, which was the property of the boyar Voronets, who lived in the 16th century, several unique buildings of the 18th century have survived to this day: the Trinity Church, two buildings and two wings of the estate, a gate and a guard tower.
This park is a monument to landscape gardening art of the 18th-19th centuries: many linden and oak trees that were planted at that time are still in the park today. It is interesting that on the territory of the park there was a secret factory preparing the first Russian aviation - hot air balloons, in 1920 a biological station appeared here, then a pig farm, a little later a football field appeared, and until the end of the 20th century there were residential barracks in the Vorontsovo park-estate .
In the 20th century, the estate was in terrible condition and was restored only in 2006.
There are many children's playgrounds with attractions for children of all ages. The park has beautiful ponds; in the summer, children can frolic on the surface of the water in a special zorb ball. Horse riding enthusiasts can ride horses or ponies. A huge advantage of this park is the provision of discounts for large families. There are also cafes with very reasonable prices in the park. Entrance to the park is free.
During the winter, the park has a skating rink, which is open on weekdays from 12:00-22:00, and on weekends from 9:00-23:00. A wardrobe will be open for you and skates will be rented.
