Until recently, the building was in unsatisfactory condition and needed restoration. In 2014, a program to restore the Yusupov Palace began as part of the program for financing complex repair and restoration work in architectural monuments and parks of St. Petersburg. In 2015, restoration work continues. The Yusupov Palace is considered one of the few mansions in St. Petersburg where the living quarters of the Yusupov family have been preserved. Today, the palace is open for free visits by residents and guests of the Northern capital. There is an opportunity to visit living rooms, front rooms, historical rooms, and a mini-theater. Concerts, creative evenings, exhibitions, and performances are regularly held here. For example, “Evening Party with Italians”, “The Magic World of the Palace” for children and adults.
