User agreement of the portal "HABclub"

This user agreement is intended for mandatory reading before using the resource by individuals and legal entities or individual entrepreneurs.

1. General provisions
HABclub.ru is an information service that provides a platform for hosting establishments, events or events in various categories in all regions of Russia (hereinafter referred to as the “Information Service”).
A user is an individual, organization or individual entrepreneur who has expressed an intention to use this information service.
“Information Service” provides the User with the opportunity to freely review, as well as post information for the purpose of informing other Users under the conditions established by this Agreement.

Attention: it is prohibited to publish information that violates the laws of the Russian Federation.
"Information Service" is not responsible for posting information in the public domain.

Only individuals who have reached the age of 18 and recognized as fully capable, as well as legal entities and individual entrepreneurs have the right to use the “Information Service” (post information).
The administration of HABclub.ru, in case of violation by Users of certain clauses of this Agreement, reserves the right to block their access to posted information, delete information and accounts.

Administrators of the “Information Service” reserve the right to delete information that contradicts the internal worldview of administrators without explaining the reason.

2. Posting information
Publication of information is available both in the public domain and for registered Users. During the registration process you must provide the following information:

- email address (used to log in).
- your real name (used as a contact person when communicating).
- selected password.
- phone number

The administration of the Information Service processes the information received. The User is personally responsible for all actions related to the use of authorization tools on the site.

The user undertakes to post information in accordance with the instructions. He is also obliged to provide complete information about the establishment or event. It is prohibited to indicate contact information in the text of advertisements: (addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail), special fields are provided for this.

2.1. It is prohibited to post on the site information containing the following text:

about services prohibited for sale in accordance with Russian legislation;
illegally obtained confidential information;
violating the copyrights of third parties;
containing many grammatical and punctuation errors, as well as errors associated with incorrect use of the keyboard (extra spaces or not enough spaces, writing ordinary words in capital letters, etc.).
pornographic and obscene content;
insulting the administration or other Users;
malware, viruses, links, spam.
In addition, repeated registration and creation of multiple accounts for one User are strictly prohibited on the site.

If such information is discovered, the administration will delete it without explanation, and if the violation is repeated, the user’s account will be permanently blocked.

3. Limitation of liability
“Information Service” does not verify the accuracy of the information posted by Users and, accordingly, is not responsible for possible damage caused by one User to another.

The “Information Service” cannot guarantee the absence of errors, inaccuracies, failures in the operation of the site, network attacks, or the absence of viruses on the resources to which Users post links.

The terms of this user agreement are considered accepted by the User at the moment he confirms his actions and accepts the conditions defined in this user agreement by pressing the buttons “I agree”, “Save”, “Add”, “Post”, “Submit” or similar in meaning on the web -interface of the Site.

The administrator has the right to change or supplement this user agreement without notifying users.
