When developing the Regatta menu, owners Kristina Vasilyeva and Alexey Ten compiled it from dishes based on recipes brought from gastronomic travels.

Brand chef Valentin Orlov, who also oversees the kitchen of the Vkus Yes restaurant, brings bright signature notes to the dishes. Suluguni tart, pumpkin soup with gingerbread ricotta, homemade rigatoni with rabbit and sage, pititim with seafood, salmon with beans and Krakow sausage - all this and much more is revealed to visitors from a new side. There is borscht from “Vkus Is”, truffles according to the recipe of the brand chef’s mother, six types of homemade pasta, and among the innovations are dishes cooked on josper. The menu is regularly updated with new items, and on weekdays, from 12 to 16, there is a 20% discount. The bar menu will focus on a large selection of quality wines, including by the glass: the restaurant’s creators are trying to develop wine culture.

The bartender cooks masala, prepares fragrant warming tea-based cocktails, fruit drinks and homemade lemonades; All purees and syrups for drinks are made in the kitchen ourselves, and the quality of the ingredients is very carefully monitored. In the updated environment of Regatta, much was done to order.
They created something with their own hands, paying attention to bright details. 800 meters of rope were used to create the original suspended ceiling; designer tables, loft-style cabinets, and comfortable upholstered furniture appeared. Next summer, a summer terrace with covered awnings will be installed, and benches will be placed on the pier. For the team of the establishment, comfort and coziness are very important: they themselves “dress” the teapots in touching knitted covers, monitor the abundance of flowers on the windowsills and take care of the parrot living in a cage. For live music evenings, the restaurant has a small stage: musicians perform on Fridays.

They organize wine tastings and dinners with the participation of a brand chef, and it is also planned to resume exciting children's master classes and cartoon shows in the near future. It is possible to organize buffets, corporate parties, birthdays and other festive events: there is a full banquet menu and a variety of European seating options have been thought out.
